Robert Half is partnering with a leading Fortune 500 global technology company in Seattle to hire an Event Content Project Manager supporting a marketing team that delivers large-scale, high-profile industry events attended by thousands of participants and featuring hundreds of sessions and speakers.


Duration: 10-Month Contract

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $40–45/Hour (W2)


Position Overview:

This role will manage the planning, development, and execution of event content programs across multiple event initiatives, with a focus on content operations, session management, speaker coordination, and program delivery. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting large-scale conferences or enterprise events, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a proven ability to manage complex workstreams, drive execution, and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned event content workstreams across large-scale industry events and conferences.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, trackers, milestones, and content deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate event sessions, speaker communications, presentation materials, and content scheduling within event platforms and catalogs.
  • Partner with marketing and stakeholder teams to align content development with event objectives and attendee experiences.
  • Manage high volumes of sessions, speakers, and content assets across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
  • Drive process improvements and support innovative approaches to event content delivery.
  • Conduct post-event analysis and provide recommendations to improve future event programs and attendee experiences.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of project or program management experience supporting event content, conference programming, experiential marketing, or large-scale event initiatives.
  • Experience managing content-focused workstreams for enterprise conferences, summits, or events with thousands of attendees.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating breakout sessions, speaker programs, conference agendas, or event content operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with Airtable, RainFocus, Microsoft 365, and similar project management platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within large enterprise organizations, preferably within technology or related industries.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting conferences with 5,000+ attendees.
  • Experience managing content programs involving 100+ sessions and hundreds of speakers.
  • Experience working directly with speakers, executives, content owners, and marketing stakeholders.
  • PMP, PgMP, CMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are a plus.

Compensation

$40.00-$45.00 Hourly
