The Opportunity
This role offers a blend of core accounting responsibilities and operational exposure, giving you a seat at the table beyond just the numbers. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy while supporting process improvements as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including maintaining accurate financial records
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support leadership decision-making
- Own and maintain QuickBooks entries and reporting integrity
- Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
- Support month-end close activities and ongoing financial organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting workflows and efficiency
- Serve as a point of contact for occasional inbound customer inquiries
Qualifications:

- Strong foundation in general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting

Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 – $90,000 base salary & discretionary bonus (commensurate with experience)
