The firm continues to experience steady growth and is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support a busy team of attorneys handling sophisticated litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Responsibilities
- Support attorneys handling commercial and employment litigation matters
- Prepare, revise, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- E-file documents in California State and Federal Courts
- Maintain attorney calendars and track litigation deadlines
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings
- Prepare TOAs, TOCs, exhibits, and litigation binders
- Manage case files and document organization
- Assist with trial preparation and related litigation support
Qualifications
- 7+ years of litigation legal assistant experience
- Strong experience with both California State and Federal Court procedures
- Advanced e-filing experience in state and federal courts
- Experience supporting commercial litigation, employment litigation, or other complex civil litigation matters
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and litigation support software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of legal support experience, with substantial hands-on background in civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures in both state and federal courts.
• Demonstrated experience with e-filing, court submissions, and deadline-driven calendaring.
• Proficiency with legal document production, including advanced Microsoft Word formatting and table of authorities preparation.
• Familiarity with document management systems such as NetDocuments or similar legal file platforms.
• Ability to support multiple attorneys at once while staying organized, responsive, and attentive to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, composed approach when working with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
