HR Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for a range of openings, with a primary emphasis on sales and other business-facing positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward efficiently.
• Source and engage talent with relevant experience through multiple channels to build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and overall fit for the role and organization.
• Manage recruiting workflows, documentation, and candidate progress within an applicant tracking system.
• Provide a thoughtful and consistent experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Support a limited number of technical searches as needed, including occasional hiring for engineering-related roles.
• Collaborate effectively across teams while operating independently and exercising strong judgment in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.• Background recruiting for B2B SaaS organizations, with proven success supporting business-side hiring.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across multiple functions, especially sales roles.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional maturity.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting process management.
• Startup experience is strongly preferred.
• Prior exposure to the renewable energy sector is highly preferred.
• Experience using Greenhouse is a plus.
Compensation
