Front Desk Coordinator

Compensation: $25 to $30 Hourly

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations for a private equity environment in Los Angeles, California. This Long-term Contract position is fully onsite, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-moving setting and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests and employees alike. The role combines front office management with administrative coordination, making it ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can balance hospitality, organization, and responsiveness.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a welcoming presence while serving as the first point of contact for the office.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, direct incoming calls accurately, and handle inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully stocked reception area to ensure the front office consistently reflects a high standard of service.
• Coordinate conference room reservations and assist with meeting setup to support smooth day-to-day scheduling needs.
• Provide administrative assistance such as preparing documents, organizing files, and entering information accurately into internal records.
• Monitor office supply levels and help facilitate routine operational needs to keep the workplace running efficiently.
• Partner with team members and leadership on additional office support tasks as priorities shift in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar office support position.
• Background working in a detail-focused services, corporate, or client-facing office environment.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and handle a high volume of inbound calls with accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a consistently courteous, service-oriented demeanor.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
• Availability to work fully onsite Monday through Friday in Los Angeles, California.

Compensation

$25.00-$30.00 Hourly
