CFO - Chief Financial Officer
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership for a long-term contract opportunity. This role will oversee core finance operations, strengthen reporting accuracy, and guide capital and cash management decisions that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong executive-level judgment, hands-on financial oversight, and the ability to align business systems and financial processes with operational needs.
Responsibilities:
• Direct the organization’s financial strategy and provide executive guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and overall fiscal performance.
• Lead cash flow planning and monitoring activities to maintain liquidity and support informed short- and long-term decision-making.
• Oversee capital management efforts, including evaluation of funding priorities and stewardship of financial resources.
• Manage month-end close activities to ensure timely, accurate completion of reconciliations, reporting, and financial review.
• Prepare and present financial reports that offer clear insight into business performance, trends, and potential risks.
• Partner with leadership to improve financial controls, support business planning, and enhance operational efficiency across finance functions.
• Assess and optimize business systems that affect financial processes, reporting quality, and data reliability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong internal oversight.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for finance operations.• Demonstrated expertise in cash flow analysis, capital planning, and financial reporting.
• Strong experience managing month-end close processes with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
• Familiarity with business systems and their impact on financial workflows, reporting, and controls.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills in complex business environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to leadership teams.
Compensation
