Front Desk
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in/check out patients at the front desk
- Verify insurance coverage and update patient information
- Manage incoming calls, voicemails, and patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration
- Maintain accurate records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Support administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous office, customer service, retail, sales experience
- Previous patient services, medical receptionist, or healthcare customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with data entry and reporting systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Compensation
