Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrator to provide high-level support to senior leadership and help ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. This role requires exceptional organizational ability, sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and leadership teams
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Organize and support executive meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
- Track deadlines, priorities, and projects to ensure timely completion
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism
- Support office operations and assist with special projects as needed
- Improve administrative processes and recommend efficiencies where appropriate
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing complex travel and calendar coordination
- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues
- Experience with project coordination and event planning
Work Environment:
This position typically operates in a detail oriented office or hybrid work environment and requires regular interaction with leadership, staff, and external contacts.
Compensation
