Oracle Technical Solutions Architect
Responsibilities:
• Direct technical solution design for supply chain planning initiatives, ensuring Oracle-based applications support business goals across demand, supply, procurement, and inventory functions.
• Provide leadership to developers and consultants by setting architectural direction, reviewing solution quality, and promoting consistent delivery standards.
• Collaborate with business partners and planning teams to gather requirements, evaluate process challenges, and define effective system solutions.
• Create scalable and sustainable application designs that balance performance, maintainability, and long-term roadmap priorities.
• Apply expertise across Oracle supply chain modules and related technologies to address operational issues with measurable business impact.
• Work closely with analytics teams to strengthen data-driven planning capabilities and improve decision support across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process optimization, and cost-conscious improvements that increase overall supply chain efficiency.
• Support integration design and technical execution involving APIs, middleware, reporting tools, and related enterprise platforms.
• Mentor team members on architecture best practices, technical problem-solving, and solution development aligned with strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.• 7–10 years of technical experience working with Oracle supply chain applications and Demantra in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Manufacturing R12 implementations and strong knowledge of Oracle SCM architecture.
• Deep understanding of Oracle and Demantra data structures, including how core planning and transactional information is stored and utilized.
• Proven ability to develop architecture roadmaps and deliver high-performing, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge of supply chain concepts such as planning, procurement, demand management, and inventory control.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, custom reporting, Unix or Linux environments, and enterprise integration approaches such as APIs or middleware.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methods and the ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple locations.
Compensation
