Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a compassionate and professional Family Service Advisor for a temp-to-hire opportunity located in Culver City (90045).

Pay: $25-26.50/hr (will increase after training)

Schedule: Full-Time | Must be open to weekends on a rotation basis

Location: Fully onsite in Culver City (90045)

This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and consultative support experience who is comfortable working closely with families in sensitive situations while providing a high level of care and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting one-on-one with families to discuss service and planning options

• Providing compassionate customer support and guidance

• Managing contracts, documentation, and CRM updates

• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

• Following up on inquiries, leads, and aftercare support

• Maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail

• Utilizing Microsoft Office and CRM systems daily

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service, consultative sales, admissions, member services, or related experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, empathetic, and polished demeanor

• Comfortable handling sensitive conversations with care and compassion

• CRM and Microsoft Office experience required

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
