Accounting Manager

We are seeking a skilled and driven Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role will oversee key accounting processes, support the close cycle, and help drive continuous improvement across the finance function. The ideal candidate has strong leadership abilities, solid technical accounting knowledge, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and reconciliations
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting packages
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including documentation and controls testing
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies within accounting workflows
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, or automation initiatives

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 2+ years of people management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Compensation

$100,000.00-$130,000.00 Yearly
