Data Entry Clerk
Responsibilities:
• Input and update data into computer systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Verify and cross-check information to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval.
• Follow established procedures for data entry tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with data standards.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Utilize software tools to manage and automate repetitive data entry tasks.
• Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required.
• Provide support for ad hoc data-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.• Proficiency in typing and data entry with both numeric and textual information.
• Familiarity with computer systems and data management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of data privacy and security protocols.
• Effective communication skills to address issues and collaborate with colleagues.
Compensation
