Estate Planning Attorney
We are looking for an experienced Estate Planning Attorney in San Rafael, California. The position offers a hybrid work environment, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
Qualifications:
• Active license to practice law in California, with preference for State Bar Certified Specialists in Trusts, Wills, and Probate.
• Minimum of three years of experience in estate planning, with advanced planning experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and income tax laws.
Compensation
