Description

Revolution is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Manager to lead all warehouse, shipping, and logistics operations at our Little Rock facility. This role ensures on-time shipments, inventory accuracy, and efficient material flow while developing a reliable, high-performing team across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all warehouse and shipping operations, including finished goods, raw materials, staging, and outbound logistics.
  • Ensure on-time, accurate shipments to meet customer and production demands.
  • Drive inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Manage and develop a team of warehouse leads, forklift operators, and shipping personnel across shifts.
  • Establish and enforce standard work, processes, and accountability within the warehouse.
  • Partner closely with production, planning, and customer service to align priorities and shipment schedules.
  • Coordinate railcar swaps and manage inter-company resin logistics between Little Rock and sister plant locations.
  • Improve dock flow, staging, loading efficiency, and truck turn times.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing forklift safety, traffic flow, and material handling standards.

Monitor and manage key metrics including:

  • On-time delivery
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Shipping errors
  • Load efficiency
  • Lead efforts to reduce shipping errors, product damage, and material waste.
  • Oversee 3PL/carrier coordination, freight scheduling, and shipping documentation.
  • Support and use of WMS/ERP systems for tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 5–8+ years of warehouse/shipping leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Experience managing multi-shift teams with both hourly and lead-level employees.
  • Strong background in inventory control, shipping operations, and material flow.
  • Experience in high-volume environments (plastics, packaging, or similar preferred).
  • Working knowledge of WMS and/or ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and improve team performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Lean principles and process improvement preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make real-time operational decisions.
