Job Description

The Platform Operations AVP or VP is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the platform, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role involves managing operational tasks, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the platform's performance and effectiveness. This role plays a critical part in onboarding new clients, managing account activities, coordinating with third-party providers, and overseeing operational projects to support business growth and scalability. 

What youll do: 

  • Oversee all day-to-day operational activities of the platform, including wire approvals, account maintenance, and transaction processing 
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests, transactions, and account updates in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements 
  • Monitor operational workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Manage ongoing account activities, including account maintenance, client inquiries, and account-related reporting, to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention 
  • Manage projects involving third-party providers, such as onboarding new custodians or administrators, and ensure successful implementation and integration with the platform 
  • Generate and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders and clients, including performance reports, fee statements, and NAV approvals, in accordance with established timelines and requirements 


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience  
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in platform operations, financial services operations, or related field 
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge to platform operations and client servicing activities 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • This position will work on a hybrid model out of our New York or Pittsburgh office

The pay range for this position is $90,000-$160,000. However, base pay will be determined on an individual basis considering various factors, including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefit offerings, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
