We operate in a fully air-conditioned facility, daytime shifts Monday-Thursday ("4/10" schedule) with overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays. We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Specialist I - Test, an entry-level role responsible for supporting basic test operations including functional and in-circuit testing. This role works under close supervision to execute test procedures, document results, and escalate issues.

Key Metrics and Focus Areas
- Accuracy and completeness of test execution and documentation.
- Adherence to test procedures and escalation protocols.
- Support for production throughput in test operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic functional and in-circuit tests following detailed work instructions.
- Operate test fixtures and basic measurement equipment under supervision.
- Accurately record test results and report anomalies to supervisors.
- Support setup and handling of test hardware, boards, and assemblies.
- Comply with ESD, safety, and test area protocols.
- Perform other duties or support other areas as needed based on business requirements or production flow.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow instructions.
- Attention to detail in documenting results and identifying issues.
- Ability to handle small electronic components safely.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions, documentation, and safety requirements.
Physical Requirements / Essential Functions
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at test stations.
- Manual dexterity for handling boards and connectors.
- Visual acuity for reading screens and inspecting boards.
- Lift and move test hardware up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electronics testing or manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ITAR).
- Basic understanding of electronic terminology or schematics.
Working Hours are Monday-Thursday (6am-4:30pm or 3:00pm to 1:30 am), day shifts of 10 hours per day.
