Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) Analyst
The UJTL Analyst reports to the JEDD Program Manager and receives work direction derivatives from the Senior UJTL Analyst.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Lifecycle Management: Develop, maintain, and deliver specialized user training for Command, Control, Military, and Civilian (CCMD) and Joint Task Force (JTF) Headquarters staff, ensuring proficiency in joint operating procedures.
Process & Procedure Development: Identify organizational gaps and lead the creation of formal processes to streamline efficiency.
Staffing Coordination: Prepare and manage complex staffing packages, navigating the Joint Staff structure for timely approvals and cross-agency alignment.
Working Group Leadership: Plan, facilitate, and lead professional working groups to address operational challenges or refine training requirements.
Analytical Assessment: Perform rigorous analysis of training effectiveness and operational workflows to provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the Joint Staff, CCMDs, Services, and DoD Agencies to maintain unity of effort.
EDUCATION
High School degree with at least 5 years warfighting operational experience.
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years' demonstrated experience in six (6) or more of the following:
Experience developing, maintaining, performing, coordinating and/or delivering user training to CCMD and Joint Task Force Headquarters staffs.
Knowledge of JMETL, UJTL, and Master Training Plan (MTP).
Knowledge of Joint Doctrine process.
Experience with analytical analysis.
Experience in the development of processes and procedures.
Knowledge of Joint Staff Structure, mission, programs, and organizational relationships.
Knowledge of Joint Staff relationships with CCMDs, Services, and DoD Agencies.
Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Experience in the preparation and conduct of working groups.
Strong understanding of modern English grammar usage.
Knowledge of development of staffing packages.

Excellent computer skills are required, and proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft products is preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Required to sit for extended periods of time and maintain focus
Daily travel in local area during workday (including use of personal vehicle)
Be able to work an unstable schedule, to include holidays and weekends.
SPECIAL POSITION NOTATIONS
Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company's auto insurance provider.
