Education Assessment Analyst
The Education Assessment Analyst reports to and receives work direction from the JEDD Program Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage assessment frameworks for military education programs, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and mission goals.
Coordinate examination processes for training and certification, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
Analyze assessment data to identify trends, measure learning outcomes, and recommend improvements to training strategies.
Collaborate with educators, program managers, and joint staff elements to integrate assessment findings into curriculum and training development.
Ensure compliance with DoD education policies, accreditation standards, and reporting requirements.
Support joint staff decision-making by providing data-driven insights on the effectiveness of education and training initiatives.
EDUCATION
Doctorate degree from an accredited university or college is preferred.
Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience is also acceptable.
EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated success in four (4) or more of the following areas within the Experience section is also an acceptable alternative.
Experience with joint, combined staffs' organization, functions and procedures.
Experience collecting and analyzing data, and present findings either in written format or orally at meetings, conferences, and working groups.
JPME experience as a former student, faculty, or institutional effectiveness role
Expertise in Outcomes-based education knowledge and experience to advise program and Senior leaders.
Actual Joint Staff or similar organizational experience at the field grade or above or a civilian equivalent.
Experience developing and presenting briefs to Senior Military and Civilian personnel.
Experience developing surveys; collecting and viewing data, performing data searches and analytical analysis; generating reports and determining courses of action.
Experience with human capital, data analysis, professional development, leadership skills, organizational skills and speaking skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills – read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Able to design, prepare, and present clear training programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent computer skills required. Should be proficient in the entire suite of MS Office and have the ability to quickly learn additional systems.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Required to sit for extended periods of time and maintain focus
Daily travel in local area during workday (including use of personal vehicle)
Be able to work an unstable schedule, to include holidays and weekends.
SPECIAL POSITION NOTATIONS
Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company's auto insurance provider.
Daily travel in local area during workday (including use of personal vehicle).

A TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.
