Lead Digital Product Manager - Workplace Tech Workforce Compute
About this role:
If you’re already a trusted product leader, the most compelling opportunities are often the ones you’re not actively pursuing.
Within Wells Fargo, the Workplace Technology organization is transforming how employees engage with the tools and environments that enable productivity at enterprise scale. We are seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to serve as the Workplace Technology Product Lead for Physical, Mobile, and Virtual Experiences—shaping how tens of thousands of employees interact with their devices, environments, and digital workspaces every day.
This is a highly visible role with end-to-end accountability for the employee experience across physical devices, mobile platforms, and virtual environments. You will operate as the single, accountable product voice for a broad portfolio that includes endpoint hardware, mobile solutions, virtual desktops, and the integrated experience layer that connects them. Partnering directly with senior technology and business leaders, you will translate workforce needs into a clear product strategy, disciplined investment priorities, and seamless, intuitive user experiences.
You won’t just influence a roadmap—you will define the “why” and the “what” across a diverse set of workplace technologies that underpin how work gets done. This includes ownership of the physical and mobile device experience, virtual workspace delivery, endpoint management capabilities, and the consistency and usability of the end-to-end employee journey across these touchpoints. You will ensure these offerings are not only secure, resilient, and scalable, but also adopted, valued, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of a dynamic and distributed workforce.
This role sits at the intersection of employee experience, enterprise productivity, and technology strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring investments in workplace technology are aligned to business priorities, optimized for usability and efficiency, secure and compliant by design, and measurable in terms of employee experience and productivity outcomes.
Success in this role goes beyond delivery—it requires driving clarity, alignment, and measurable value across a complex ecosystem of platforms and stakeholders. You will work closely with engineering, operations, security, risk, compliance, and support teams to deliver cohesive and scalable physical, mobile, and virtual workplace experiences.
If you are energized by influencing at scale, shaping the future of work, and delivering meaningful improvements in how employees engage with their workplace technology—across devices, environments, and experiences—this role offers a level of scope, visibility, and impact that is rarely available, especially for leaders already excelling in their current roles.
