Major/Essential Functions
- Ensure the accurate, timely and secure handling of all incoming and outgoing mail
- Receive, sort and distribute mail to correct departmental mailboxes
- Deliver mail to buildings on campus
- Prepare and send all outgoing mail to a third-party processor
- Log all certified packages and ensure signature upon delivery
- Willing to operate a company vehicle to complete scheduled weekly pickups
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Occasional Duties
- Schedule rental requests for fleet vehicles
- Bill for rentals upon return, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Resupply copier toner and paper as requested for copiers serviced by our department
Required Qualifications
High school plus 3 years experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- MUST have a valid State of Texas driver's license with a good driving record
- Basic computer abilities in Microsoft applications
