Your Role at Delta Faucet
The Senior Vice President, Supply Chain & Service is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, accountable for the performance, integration, and transformation of the company’s global end‑to‑end supply chain and service operations, including Global Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, and Customer Service.
This role is responsible for building and leading a high‑performing, scalable supply chain and service organization that enables growth, strengthens competitive advantage, and consistently delivers exceptional customer outcomes. As a strategic leader, the SVP will help shape business strategy and lead the execution of policies, processes, and operating models that drive operational excellence, cost leadership, quality, service, and resilience. The role also creates the environment required to attract, develop, and sustain best‑in‑class leaders and teams across global operations.
Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Strategy
Lead the end to end supply chain and service organization as an integrated, business capability that directly supports growth, margin performance, and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to enterprise strategy development and translate business priorities into clear operating plans, investments, and transformation initiatives.
Drive large scale change to meet and exceed key financial, operational, and customer outcomes.
Operational Excellence & Performance
Provide executive leadership across all sourcing, operations, and service functions to deliver world class performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, compliance, and efficiency.
Develop and execute operational strategies and performance programs that ensure consistent results across global, multi site operations.
Optimize Delta’s manufacturing footprint to improve cost competitiveness, elevate quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure employee safety.
Lean, Continuous Improvement & Systems
Champion and embed the Masco Operating System and a strong lean culture, strengthening continuous improvement, operational discipline, and problem‑solving capabilities across the supply chain.
Design and implement initiatives to simplify, rationalize, and optimize supply chain structures, networks, and processes to increase efficiency and reduce complexity and cost.
Ensure inventory, planning, and supply chain management practices optimize working capital while delivering best‑in‑class delivery and service performance.
Customer Service & Competitive Advantage
Create and execute a clear service strategy and roadmap that positions Delta as an industry leader in service excellence.
Strengthen the connection between supply chain execution and customer experience to deliver reliable, responsive, and differentiated service outcomes.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and strategic partners to drive value creation, innovation, and performance.
Lead supplier strategies that balance cost, quality, risk, and long term partnership.
People, Culture & Leadership
Build and sustain a high performance, accountable culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent across global operations.
Develop strong leadership capability and succession pipelines across supply chain and service functions.
M&A and Integration
Support M&A activity through due diligence and integration, ensuring rapid alignment and realization of operational and value creation objectives (experience desired).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in global manufacturing and supply chain environments.
At least 10 years of leadership experience managing multi‑site, global operations and sourcing organizations.
Demonstrated success leading end‑to‑end supply chain and service organizations, with strong working knowledge across all disciplines.
Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
Recognized leadership capability with a track record of building high‑performing teams and developing future leaders.
Strategic clarity and judgment to identify and focus the organization on the priorities that matter most.
