Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member while maintaining a well-organized front desk presence.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering inbound calls promptly and transferring inquiries to the correct contacts.
• Provide clear and courteous assistance to callers by taking messages and sharing basic information when appropriate.
• Maintain an orderly reception area and support day-to-day administrative tasks that help the office operate efficiently.
• Monitor incoming communication and ensure messages are documented accurately for timely follow-up by internal teams.
• Assist with part-time front office coverage needs while consistently delivering dependable customer service.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk support role.• Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system with confidence.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous phone manner.
• Experience handling inbound calls in a busy office setting.
• Reliable organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a part-time schedule arrangement.
Compensation
