Responsibilities:
• Set the overall business direction and drive execution of growth strategies that support revenue and market expansion.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships while identifying new opportunities to strengthen the organization’s presence in key industries.
• Oversee sales performance by monitoring pipeline activity, evaluating results, and guiding teams toward measurable objectives.
• Lead reporting efforts that turn business data into clear insights for decision-making, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to coordinate sales and operations planning and improve alignment between commercial goals and delivery capabilities.
• Support innovation and long-term competitiveness by collaborating with teams involved in research and development initiatives.
• Represent the organization in high-level public and client-facing settings, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong reputation.
• Review account performance regularly and direct action plans that improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Proven executive leadership experience in a senior management, vice president, or president-level role.• Strong background in sales leadership, including business development, performance management, and team oversight.
• Experience with sales activity tracking, analytical reporting, and using metrics to guide strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sales and operations planning within a complex business environment.
• Familiarity with research and development collaboration to support product, service, or market growth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working within manufacturing or other large-scale industry environments is highly valued.
Compensation
