Systems Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Deliver timely technical assistance to employees across onsite, production, and remote work environments, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Oversee the administration of Microsoft 365 services, including email, collaboration platforms, cloud storage, identity management, and device policies.
• Configure, deploy, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals to maintain reliable end-user computing standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including wireless connectivity, switching environments, and firewall platforms, to support stable business operations.
• Coordinate account provisioning and deactivation, manage permissions, and track software licensing to ensure appropriate user access.
• Support conference room technology, audiovisual equipment, and collaboration tools so meetings and communications run smoothly.
• Monitor system performance, investigate incidents, and assist with maintenance activities, upgrades, and technical improvements.
• Contribute to security-focused efforts by supporting endpoint protection, risk remediation, and broader cybersecurity practices.
• Create and update technical documentation for systems, support procedures, and operational standards, and work with external vendors on IT initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure-focused roles.• Hands-on expertise administering Microsoft 365 enterprise environments and related user services.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and general network troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting or managing endpoint administration tools such as Intune, NinjaOne, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Meraki networking solutions and Fortinet firewalls is strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability combined with clear communication and a customer-focused support approach.
• Exposure to cybersecurity tools, service desk platforms, or manufacturing IT environments is a plus.
• Relevant technical certifications, including Microsoft, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, or CompTIA, are advantageous.
