Payroll Supervisor/Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Implementation Project Coordinator to support a company-wide HRIS implementation initiative. This individual will work closely with HR leadership, project stakeholders, and system partners to document processes, coordinate meetings, capture requirements, and assist with implementation activities.
Responsibilities:
- Attend HRIS implementation meetings and document key decisions, action items, and project updates
- Map and document current and future-state HR processes and workflows
- Assist with gathering business requirements from HR, Payroll, and leadership teams
- Create process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and user guides
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and track testing results
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up activities
- Assist with change management and employee communication efforts
- Maintain project documentation and ensure version control
Qualifications:
- ADP Workforce Now implementation or administration
- HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Payroll processing and compliance
- Benefits administration
- Process improvement and workflow documentation
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Compensation
