Litigation Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join a service-focused organization. This role is ideal for a licensed attorney who can balance legal analysis, case coordination, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment. The position will support litigation matters, subpoena responses, investigations, and outside counsel engagement while helping drive timely, well-reasoned legal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage subpoena intake, assess legal requests for information, and prepare appropriate responses in accordance with applicable requirements.

• Provide day-to-day support across a diverse litigation caseload, helping maintain momentum on deadlines, filings, and related activities.

• Examine discovery materials, identify key issues, and contribute to the development of case strategy and legal positions.

• Coordinate with outside counsel to support litigation planning, maintain alignment on expectations, and monitor work product and deliverables.

• Exercise sound legal judgment within assigned authority and take ownership of matters through resolution or escalation.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law and experience functioning in an attorney capacity.

• Background in civil litigation with the ability to manage competing matters in a deadline-driven setting.

• Demonstrated experience drafting motions, legal briefs, and other litigation-related documents.

• Working knowledge of discovery processes, including document review, issue analysis, and case preparation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external counsel.

• High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability.
