Full Charge Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete bookkeeping cycle, ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and maintained in an organized manner.
• Process vendor invoices, schedule payments, and monitor outstanding obligations to keep accounts payable current.
• Issue customer invoices, post incoming payments, and follow up on open balances to support timely accounts receivable activity.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other financial records on a regular basis to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain and update QuickBooks records to reflect daily accounting activity and support reliable reporting.
• Review financial data for accuracy and completeness while helping ensure documentation is properly filed and accessible.
• Assist with routine reporting and account reviews to provide clear visibility into the company’s financial position.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience handling full charge bookkeeping responsibilities with minimal supervision.• Proficiency in QuickBooks and confidence working within accounting software on a daily basis.
• Hands-on background managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong capability in performing bank reconciliations and resolving variances accurately.
• Solid understanding of general bookkeeping principles and financial record maintenance.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Compensation
