Account Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with partnership leadership to coordinate day-to-day support for carrier accounts and maintain productive business relationships.
• Monitor student movement through enrollment, training, completion, and onboarding stages associated with assigned carrier partners.
• Compile, maintain, and validate records related to participation, completion rates, placements, retention, and other operational measures.
• Produce scheduled reports and performance summaries for internal stakeholders and external partners using accurate, timely data.
• Communicate updates on student status and program results to carrier contacts and internal teams in a clear and organized manner.
• Review partnership performance against established objectives and recommend practical ways to improve placement and outcome results.
• Safeguard data quality across spreadsheets, tracking tools, and internal systems to support reliable reporting.
• Assist with account reviews, partner meetings, and administrative coordination for new and existing carrier relationships.
• Deliver responsive service to students and business partners while helping resolve questions and support ongoing program success.
Qualifications:
• Associate degree or comparable experience in a related field.• At least 2 years of experience in account coordination, customer success, operations, recruiting support, workforce programs, or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, especially when handling reports and tracking information.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and other business tools to maintain records, analyze data, and support reporting needs.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and provide quality service in a partner-facing or customer-facing role.
• Previous exposure to transportation, education, staffing, training, or workforce development environments is a plus.
