Greeter

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily front-counter operations in Syracuse, New York. The person in this role will provide in-person assistance, process customer information accurately, and help maintain an organized and efficient service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors professionally and provide clear direction

• Review forms and documents

• Enter customer information into computer systems while maintaining attention to detail.

• Maintain a courteous service environment while balancing speed, accuracy, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, front desk support, or a receptionist role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist a high volume of customers professionally.
• Comfort working with paperwork, document review, and data entry tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn office systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail when handling vision test results and customer information.
• Ability to manage time effectively and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a public agency or government office setting is preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday for an extended contract assignment.

Compensation

$18.00-$18.00 Hourly
