ERP/CRM Configuration Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Configure, update, and sustain annuity product setups within a policy administration platform, with emphasis on accuracy and operational reliability.
• Interpret business and product documentation to design system configurations that align with functional goals and downstream processing needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Operations, IT, Compliance, actuarial, and technical support teams to coordinate changes and confirm expected outcomes.
• Evaluate the effect of proposed updates, complete unit-level validation, and support broader testing efforts to confirm configuration quality before release.
• Investigate configuration-related issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely solutions to minimize disruption to business operations.
• Maintain clear records of configuration decisions, process steps, and implemented changes to support audits, knowledge transfer, and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute to product rollouts, enhancements, and day-to-day maintenance activities within the annuity administration environment.
• Assist with quality assurance preparation by helping define test scenarios and validating that configured changes meet business and regulatory expectations.
• Recommend practical improvements to configuration practices, workflows, and system usage to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in configuration analysis, product configuration, or policy administration systems within financial services or insurance environments.• Hands-on experience working with policy administration platforms; exposure to annuity administration systems is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of annuity products and processes, with the ability to apply business concepts to system configuration work.
• Ability to translate detailed business requirements and requirement documents into accurate, well-documented configuration outcomes.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations related to insurance or annuity products.
• Strong attention to detail, written documentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven success working collaboratively in cross-functional teams while managing assigned deliverables with accountability.
• Exposure to Agile or similar project delivery approaches is a plus.
