Executive Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and adjust priorities to support changing business needs.
• Organize leadership meetings, conference calls, and appointments while ensuring all logistics, materials, and follow-up actions are handled efficiently.
• Capture clear and accurate meeting notes, summarize key decisions, and distribute documentation to support accountability and next steps.
• Arrange domestic and/or international travel plans, including itineraries, lodging, transportation, and related logistics.
• Prepare and manage expense submissions and supporting records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Draft, review, and coordinate correspondence on behalf of executives with a high degree of discretion and accuracy.
• Serve as a dependable point of contact for business partners and stakeholders, helping maintain productive working relationships.
• Provide broad administrative support to leadership, including document preparation, information tracking, and assistance with organizational priorities.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple executives or senior leaders in an administrative capacity.
• Strong ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain shifting priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience arranging travel and handling related logistics for business purposes.
• Proficiency in preparing meeting minutes, tracking action items, and supporting follow-through.
• Skilled in written and verbal communication, including clear correspondence with internal and external contacts.
• Experience processing expense reports and maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
Compensation
$60,000.00-$85,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
