Customer Service Representative (2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Location: Waterloo

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused professional to support a quickly growing team on second shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays calm under pressure, and is committed to delivering responsive, high-quality service.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, providing timely and professional support
• Gather and verify accurate information while maintaining attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to coordinate next steps and ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all interactions
• Handle sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and empathy
• Prioritize multiple requests while staying organized and responsive

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service, call center, or client-facing experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or data entry systems
