Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support an on-site inventory project in New Bedford, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position focused on verifying bus part quantities through physical counts and recording results accurately on an iPad. The ideal candidate is dependable, precise, and comfortable handling repetitive counting and data entry tasks throughout the workday.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on counts of bus parts to confirm on-hand inventory quantities.

• Record item counts accurately into an iPad as each inventory check is completed.

• Review entries carefully to help maintain reliable inventory records.

• Follow established counting procedures to ensure consistency across all assigned parts.

• Organize work efficiently to complete daily inventory assignments on schedule.

• Communicate any discrepancies or unclear part counts to the appropriate team member for review.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks.
• Ability to count physical inventory carefully and record quantities without errors.
• Comfortable using an iPad for numeric data entry and basic task completion.
• Previous experience in data entry, including entering numbers into digital systems, is preferred.
• Able to work on-site in Fall River, Massachusetts.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to remain focused throughout the assignment.

Compensation

$17.00-$17.50 Hourly
