Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome members, guests, and vendors while serving as the main in-office contact during business hours.
• Open and close the office each day, ensuring the workspace is prepared for daily operations and secured at the end of the day.
• Manage the shared inbox by responding to routine inquiries, directing messages appropriately, and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Arrange meetings and maintain schedules to support smooth communication and office flow.
• Provide attentive customer service by answering questions, resolving basic issues, and creating a positive visitor experience.
• Lead prospective clients or visitors on office tours and present the space in a clear and informative manner.
• Handle front-desk and receptionist activities such as answering inbound calls, greeting walk-ins, and supporting general administrative needs.
• Complete clerical work including data entry, record updates, and other office support tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate administrative reporting needs, including timely submission of time-related documentation when required.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or front-desk support role.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with visitors and internal contacts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while staying organized and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable answering inbound calls, responding to email inquiries, and scheduling meetings.
• Proficiency with basic office systems and standard administrative tasks, including data entry and calendar coordination.
• Capable of working independently as the primary person on-site in an office setting.
• Reliable attendance and a business-casual presentation appropriate for a customer-facing environment.
Compensation
