Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across customer, product, and market initiatives in Broomfield, Colorado. This role focuses on translating complex business questions into actionable insights that improve pricing, strengthen customer programs, and guide strategic planning. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, a deep understanding of business performance metrics, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clear business requirement documents that align stakeholder needs with measurable project outcomes.

• Examine customer utilization patterns and behavioral trends to uncover opportunities for growth, retention, and service improvement.

• Analyze regional, demographic, and organizational market data to identify meaningful patterns that inform business strategy.

• Evaluate product pricing performance and recommend adjustments that support profitability and competitive positioning.

• Track loyalty program results and prepare reporting that highlights performance, engagement, and areas for enhancement.

• Conduct ad hoc customer and product analyses to support operational planning and strategic initiatives.

• Assess competitor activity across multiple markets to provide insight into industry positioning and emerging risks.

• Review carrier fee activity by comparing vendor charges with customer billing data to identify variances and improve accuracy.

• Support acquisition-related analysis by delivering research, performance assessments, and business insight for decision-making.

• Apply emerging AI knowledge to enhance analysis approaches, reporting capabilities, and business recommendations where appropriate.

Qualifications:

The ideal Business Analyst comes with...

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a closely related analytical role.

• Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.

• Strong background in competitive analysis, market evaluation, and strategic insight development.

• Experience producing KPI reports and translating performance data into actionable recommendations.

• Proven ability to perform pricing analysis and support optimization initiatives.

• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer, product, and financial data sets.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings effectively to business stakeholders.
