Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, employees, and clients at the front desk and provide prompt, courteous assistance upon arrival.
• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately.
• Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and help organize meeting arrangements to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing records, entering data, sorting mail, and preparing basic office documents.
• Communicate clearly in English and a second language through both verbal interactions and written correspondence.
• Support managers with additional assignments and special projects as business needs shift.
• Protect confidential company and visitor information by handling sensitive materials with discretion.
• Prioritize competing demands in a fast-moving environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• Bilingual fluency with strong spoken and written communication skills in English and a second language.• Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role within a high-volume, fast-paced workplace.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and manage inbound calls effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and handle several tasks at once.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, and other standard office software.
• Detail-oriented demeanor with a customer-focused approach to assisting visitors, callers, and internal staff.
• Capacity to take on special assignments beyond regular front desk duties while adapting to changing priorities.
Compensation
