Front Desk / Ticketing
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors courteously, answer general questions, and create a positive first impression at the front desk.
• Process ticket sales, admissions, and related transactions with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Enter numeric and alphanumeric information into internal records while maintaining consistent data quality.
• Organize, review, and manage documents to support orderly recordkeeping and daily administrative operations.
• Assist with customer service inquiries in person and through standard communication channels, resolving routine issues promptly.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare reports, update logs, and maintain operational documents.
• Handle documentation associated with materials, shipments, or related records when needed, ensuring information is complete and properly filed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a front desk, ticketing, reception, or customer service role.• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of visitors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for routine administrative tasks.
• Accurate data entry skills, including both numeric and alphanumeric information.
• Ability to maintain organized files and support document control processes.
• Familiarity with handling export and import documentation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
