Lead Consultant - People Analytics
We have partnered with a well-respected organization on their search for a Lead Consultant – People Analytics with the proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights and drive workforce intelligence initiatives. This Lead Consultant – People Analytics will be responsible for designing and developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that will provide key insights to departmental functions. Other responsibilities include: managing the development of performance reports, asset allocation, providing complex data analysis, integrating data, identifying data trends and patterns, and solving data discrepancies. The ideal Lead Consultant – People Analytics should have strong knowledge of human resource data analysis, proficiency utilizing data visualization tools, and strong communication/organizational skills.
Responsibilities
· Gather data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and external systems
· Analyze complex data sets that inform business decisions
· Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis
· Develop insights into operational efficiencies
· Generate ad hoc report requests
· Create compelling data visualizations
· Identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications:
The ideal Lead Consultant - People Analytics will preferably have a Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, or Analytics.
Other requirements for the Lead Consultant - People Analytics role include and are not limited to:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience performing advanced data analysis and working with large-scale datasets in a business environment
· Practical experience analyzing and interpreting HR or workforce-related data
· Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently
· Infor, Databricks a PLUS
