Paralegal

Robert Half is partnering with a great company with an opportunity for a Paralegal who will play a key role in supporting legal and compliance operations, with a strong focus on contract management, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement initiatives. This is a remote opportunity!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including drafting, review, execution, and tracking
• Partner closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, technology, and business units) to facilitate contract workflows and align on priorities
• Support corporate governance and compliance activities, including maintaining records and documentation
• Serve as a liaison between legal, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely deliverables
• Maintain and organize legal documentation, templates, and internal resources
• Assist with legal operations initiatives, including system improvements and workflow optimization
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and improved processes

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant paralegal experience, ideally within an in-house legal or compliance environment
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end contract processes
• Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and legal documentation practices
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with legal technology and contract management tools (CLM platforms and related systems preferred)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across teams

Compensation

$90,000.00-$120,000.00 Yearly
