What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing accurate individual tax returns
• Meeting with clients and helping them feel confident about their finances
• Reviewing W-2s, 1099s, and supporting docs
• Explaining returns, refunds, and balances in a clear, friendly way
• Answering client questions and solving problems on the spot
• Keeping everything organized, confidential, and compliant
• Pitching additional services when it makes sense
• Jumping in to help with general office needs during peak season

Qualifications:

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license – required
• Experience with individual tax prep
• Strong people skills – you actually enjoy talking to clients
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Someone who thrives when things get busy

What to Expect

• Full-time availability January through April
