Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support the Controller. This role is ideal for someone with a solid accounting foundation who can follow structured processes and work independently to complete time-sensitive filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete required filings within internal FinCEN software system
• Follow detailed, step-by-step instructions to ensure accurate submission of filings
• Review financial data and documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Support the Controller in maintaining compliance with reporting requirements
• Ensure all work is completed with a high level of precision and attention to detail

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

• Background in accounting or finance, with familiarity in accounting terminology
• Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and execute tasks independently
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines in a structured environment

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Exposure to regulatory filings or compliance-related work
• Familiarity with FinCEN or Banking Secrecy Act processes (training will be provided)
