HR Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented temporary HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team in West LA. This role is ideal for someone with prior HR support experience who can help manage day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding coordination, and administrative processes in a fast-paced environment. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR functions while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support daily Human Resources operations
- Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records and HR files
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related appointments
- Support benefits administration and other employee-related processes
- Prepare employment documents, reports, and correspondence
- Enter and maintain data in HR systems and databases
- Respond to employee questions and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with compliance-related documentation and recordkeeping
- Support special HR projects and general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous HR coordinator, HR assistant, or administrative support experience preferred
- Familiarity with basic HR processes, employee records, and onboarding procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation
