HR Recruiter
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet the organization’s hiring needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate interview logistics and gather feedback from hiring teams
- Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparation and onboarding processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay up to date on market trends and recruiting best practices
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of recruiting or HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Compensation
