Job Responsibilities:

• Handled front desk duties checking in and outpatients.
• Insurance verification, flags, voicemails and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Our client is specifically looking for candidates who have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Medical Experience background in Patient Services
• Basic or advanced knowledge of the EPIC electronic medical record system or other EMR's is a Preferred
• Basic or advanced knowledge of medical data reporting systems
• Microsoft Excel/Word knowledge

Shift 1: R046216 - Wound/Surgical

Wound: Monday through Wednesday 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Thursday 6:30 to 11:00;

Surgical/OPD Thursday 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Friday 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Shift 2: R046182 - Emergency Department

Hours: 6:30 AM-7:00 PM & 10:30 AM-11:00 PM

Sunday (6:30 AM), Monday (10:30 AM), Thursday (6:30 AM)

Shift 3: R046219 - Urgent Care

Hours: 7:45 AM to 8:15 PM

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Thursday, Friday

Shift 4: R046180 - Emergency Department

Hours: 6:30 AM-7:00 PM Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Shift 5: R045175 - Urgent Care

Urgent Care Hours 7:45 AM to 8:15 PM

Week One: Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Week Two: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday"
