Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide a courteous, positive first impression at the front desk.
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed.
• Monitor the reception area during assigned evening and weekend hours to ensure smooth daily coverage.
• Assist with visitor check-in procedures and communicate arrivals to internal staff promptly.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area while supporting general administrative tasks as requested.
• Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization with accuracy.
• Respond to routine questions from visitors and callers in a helpful and timely manner.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, service-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work evening and weekend schedules reliably in a contract position.
• Typing speed of approximately 6,000-8,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Solid organizational skills with careful attention to detail.
• Comfort using standard office equipment and basic administrative systems.
Compensation
