Job Summary
Ensure the Accuracy and Integrity of Student Academic Records

The University of Kentucky is seeking an Administrative Support Associate I (Records Specialist) to support the Office of the University Registrar in maintaining accurate and compliant student records. This position sits at the intersection of data accuracy, academic policy, and student support, ensuring records are processed and maintained in alignment with university and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain and update official student academic records
  • Process record changes (add/drop, withdrawals, grade updates, academic status)
  • Audit degree applications and student records for accuracy
  • Serve as liaison to Graduate and Professional Schools
  • Respond to inquiries related to records, registration, and policies
  • Manage documentation in SFM and support commencement processes

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Windows, MS Office (including Word, Outlook, Excel), SAP (SLCM) experience preferred. Excellent communication and decision making skills
