Project Manager
The Project Manager receives work direction and product development guidance from the Corps Solutions CEO, MSTP Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate the endtoend planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of MSTPsupported exercises, training events, and wargames.
Develop, maintain, and update project management plans, schedules, risk assessments, and other control documents supporting MSTP activities and prepare management reports, briefs, and updates for government leadership as required.
Coordinate with MSTP leadership, government sponsors, participating units, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Lead project management meetings, provide status updates, coordinate synchronization across functional teams, and provide guidance and support to MSTP staff involved in exercise design, control, assessment, and analysis.
Manage milestones and deliverables to ensure exercise and training objectives are met within approved timelines.
Track project performance, identify issues or delays, develop mitigation strategies, and report impacts to MSTP leadership.
Maintain all project records, documentation repositories, and program management tracking tools in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Support development and refinement of MSTP standard operating procedures, planning tools, project management policies, and directorate processes.
Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure project standards, methodologies, and MSTP requirements are consistently applied.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related to military sciences (e.g., National Security Affairs, Political Science, etc.) required. Master's degree preferred.
Project Management Certificate required. Project Management Professional preferred.
Professional military education institution program such as Command and Staff College (resident or non-resident) required, Top-level School preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Fifteen years' military experience.
Demonstrated stafflevel experience with JOPP/MCPP at the Division, Wing, or MLG level, including deployment and employment of ground, aviation, supporting arms, and combat service support units.
Marine Corps Regiment or Division-level operations/training experience.

Strong communication and presentation skills. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Able to write clear communications and present training programs.
Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills required. Proficient in the entire suite of MS Office and able to quickly learn additional systems. Familiarity with SharePoint and C2PC is desired.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Required to sit for extended periods of time and maintain focus
Daily travel in local area during work day (including use of personal vehicle)
Be able to work an unstable schedule, to include holidays and weekends.
SPECIAL POSITION NOTATIONS
CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required for up to three weeks at a time (or longer)
Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company's auto insurance provider.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
A Secret security clearance is required for this position.
This position also requires a completed Personnel Security Investigation that will qualify the incumbent to be eligible for access to at least the TS-SCI level, and the individual must be read-in for NATO level access.
