About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Activation Specialist based in Dandenong Victoria, to join our Residential/Marketing team. Reporting to the Trade Marketing & Promotions Manager, this role is responsible for end-to-end execution of trade promotions and activation initiatives across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

What You’ll Do

Make a difference:  Own the end-to-end delivery of trade marketing initiatives, ensuring promotions are executed on time, fully activated in-market, and drive strong commercial outcomes.

Innovate and solve problems:  Ensure all promotional activity is execution-ready by aligning pricing, stock, timelines and in-store materials, while proactively resolving issues to maintain delivery standards.

Collaborate:  Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Product and Marketing teams to align priorities, timelines and execution for seamless delivery.

Continuous Improvement:  Lead post-promotion reviews, analyse performance and embed learnings to optimise ROI and improve future campaign execution.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in trade marketing, sales operations or commercial execution roles
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with understanding of promotions and retail dynamics
• High attention to detail and structured approach to delivery
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
