Part Time Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior executives, including HR and engineering leadership, while maintaining discretion.
• Organize complex calendars, schedule meetings, and help ensure leaders are prepared for upcoming priorities and commitments.
• Arrange business travel logistics and confirm itineraries, accommodations, and related details as needed.
• Prepare, review, and submit expense reports with accuracy and timely follow-through.
• Coordinate with external vendors to support services, meetings, and ongoing administrative needs.
• Assist with planning and executing events by managing logistics, communications, and scheduling details.
• Create, update, and format documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, call support, record maintenance, and follow-up on outstanding items.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of administrative experience, including prior support for executive or C-level leadership.• Proven ability to manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense processing in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail with clear communication skills and consistent follow-up.
• Ability to work part-time hours of 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Must have access to a personal computer and dependable high-speed internet for remote work needs.
• Candidates must be located on the East Coast of the United States.
Compensation
