Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front office operations. This short-term Contract position will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while helping create a welcoming, well-maintained office environment. The ideal candidate brings strong reception experience, dependable office support skills, and a detail-oriented approach in every interaction.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests upon arrival, provide a positive first impression, and offer courteous hospitality such as beverages or refreshments.
• Communicate visitor arrivals promptly to advisors and administrative team members to ensure smooth coordination of appointments and meetings.
• Oversee the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and deliveries while keeping records and routing items appropriately.
• Keep shared office spaces organized, presentable, and stocked, including reception areas, kitchen spaces, and supply storage areas.
• Assist team members with preparing, sorting, and transferring client and company documents into the digital imaging system.
• Support general front office activities that contribute to an efficient, detail-oriented, and client-focused workplace.
Qualifications:
• Experience performing front desk, receptionist, or general office support duties in an office environment.• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact warmly and courteously with clients and staff.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling mail, deliveries, office supplies, and other day-to-day operational responsibilities.
• Reliable demeanor with dependable attendance, sound judgment, and a service-oriented approach.
• Basic proficiency with standard office tools and administrative processes.
Compensation
